FACULTY Get Ready, Set, Grow Academy's outstanding faculty has always displayed the hallmark of quality. All of our staff have been carefully recruited, certified by the State of Florida and are experienced in early childhood education. The teachers on the Get Ready, Set, Grow Academy staff have shown a natural affinity and genuine affection for children. They are the source of our great pride at Get Ready, Set, Grow and are the barometer of our success. Each has passed extensive state and local background checks. LOW STUDENT/TEACHER RATIO = INDVIDUAL ATTENTION Our low student to teacher ratio at Get Ready, Set, Grow Academy is another key to the success of our program. There is a minimum of two teachers in each classroom at all times, regardless of the number of children enrolled in the class. On occasion, due to the dynamics of a class, additional staff is provided. STUDENT/TEACHER RATIOS 2's Classes: 3 teachers for every 16-18 students 3's Classes: 3 teachers for every 18-20 students 4's Classes: 3 teachers for every 20-22 students In addition, a curriculum coordinator serves each grade level as part of the educational support team.
