Extended Day

Our extended day program is an extension to our full day program that dismisses at 2:30 p.m. During this time the children are engaged in a variety of planned activities and are supervised by our afternoon teaching staff. Following a nutritious snack, the children go outside and engage in playground time. Here they are able to run, jump and explore in the outdoors, ride bikes, or even sit at the picnic tables and read a book. Then it is off to the art studio where the children experiment with color as they use paint, markers, and crayons to express themselves. During circle time the children sit and listen to wonderful stories and pretend in our puppet theatre. Computer lab time is also offered allowing the children to engage in educational software.
